Video courses are final sale

Video courses are non-refundable. The moment you buy, the whole course is yours to keep and rewatch for life — there is nothing to give back. Every course has a free preview lesson, so you can hear exactly how I teach before you spend anything.

If something breaks on my end — a video won't load, or your access doesn't work after purchase — email [email protected] with the address you used at checkout and I'll fix it. That has no time limit.

Private lessons

Private tutoring has its own terms because of the time and travel involved:

• More than 48 hours' notice: full refund or free reschedule.
• 24–48 hours' notice: 50% refund or one free reschedule.
• Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: non-refundable.
• I cancel: full refund every time, regardless of notice.

Photo sessions

Photo sessions are paid in full at booking, and your time slot is held for you alone:

• 48 hours' notice or more: full refund, or a free reschedule.
• 24–48 hours' notice: 50% refund, or one free reschedule.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: a cancellation forfeits the full payment. A reschedule carries a 25% rescheduling fee.
• Weather: if the forecast turns, I move the session at no charge.
• I cancel: full refund every time, regardless of notice.

Your session time is reserved for you alone. Arriving more than 10 minutes late, or not showing up, forfeits the session and its full payment. It can't be refunded or moved; to shoot another day, book a new session.

How to request a refund on a lesson or session

1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund request".
2. Include the email used at checkout and the Stripe receipt or order ID.
3. A quick note on what didn't work for you is appreciated but not required.
4. You'll get a reply within one business day and the refund within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
