Type how many people, see the total, pay. No quote form, no call to get a number. I email back the same day, usually within a few hours, with a date and how the morning will run.
Forward one prep note
You get a short note to send the team: what to wear, what time to be around, how the line works. That is the whole job on your side.
One setup, everyone cycles through
I arrive 45 minutes early and build the setup in a conference room or a corner of the lobby. People come through one at a time, five to eight minutes each, fully directed. Nobody loses their afternoon. Group photo at the end.

How much do corporate headshots cost?
A team day is priced per person by headcount: $195 each for 8 to 14 people, $175 for 15 to 29, and $155 for 30 or more. Every person gets two retouched images. There is no setup fee and no travel fee on the Peninsula. The total shows on the booking page before you pay.
Is there a minimum?
8 people. Smaller offices are welcome: a team of 8 is $1,560 all in. For one or two people, book an individual session instead; the Executive Session includes an office look.
How long does each person take?
Five to eight minutes. That is enough for direction, a few adjustments, and forty or so frames to choose from. A team of twenty is usually done in under three hours including setup, and people go straight back to work when their turn is over.
How much space do you need?
About ten by twelve feet of clear floor and a power outlet. A conference room, a training room, or a corner of the lobby all work. Windows are fine; I bring the light.
What should people wear?
Solid colours, no logos, dressed the way they would want to appear on the company website. The prep note covers it in a few lines you can forward as is.
What if someone misses the day?
They get a New-Hire Match session at your office for $250, on the same backdrop and lighting, so their photo sits beside everyone else's without looking added later. The same goes for anyone who joins after the shoot.
Can our leadership team get something more?
Yes. The Executive Session ($850) comes to them: two hours at the office with a backdrop look in the conference room and an outdoor look on your block, three outfits, twenty retouched images, proofs within 24 hours and finals in 48. Add it right on the team-day booking page by entering how many executives need it, and it runs the same day as the team shoot; or book it separately.
Who picks the final images?
Each person gets a proof gallery and picks their two favourites, or you can have one point of contact choose for the whole team. Either way the retouched finals arrive within five business days.
Can we use the photos anywhere?
Yes. Website, LinkedIn, email signatures, press kits, directories, pitch decks, ads, print, for as long as you like. There is no license fee and nothing to renew. The only thing you can't do is resell the photos or hand them to a stock library.
Where do you travel?
Anywhere on the SF Peninsula at no charge: Atherton, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Redwood City, San Mateo, Mountain View, Woodside, and the surrounding towns. Offices further out are possible with a travel fee agreed before the day.
